There’s always something exciting about the start of a new fiscal year, and makes me want to do a little dance. This week’s LinkedIn' Company Kickoff was a powerful reminder of what makes LinkedIn special. Across three days, teams in offices around the world came together to share and align on our priorities for the year ahead. Along the way, we celebrated the incredible talent across teams that makes our company unique. What stood out most to me was the opportunity ahead. AI is transforming how professionals and businesses learn, work, hire and grow. It’s creating new opportunities, some challenges, and lots of questions about what’s next. The platform we operate has never been more important to help our members and customers navigate the new world of work. I'm leaving inspired by our people and energized by what’s ahead in FY27. I’m also excited to carry this momentum into next week for Sales Kickoff (SK27) where I will be hosting events in Singapore, Dublin and New York.
