As part of Microsoft's earnings today, we shared another solid quarter for LinkedIn and closed out a strong fiscal year. We saw broad-based momentum across the business, including double-digit member growth, 16% growth in Marketing Solutions, continued growth in Premium, and accelerating adoption of our AI-powered hiring solutions. At the same time, we're seeing our investments in AI improve both customer outcomes and operational efficiency. Coming out of our Company Kickoff last week, I'm energized by the focus and ambition across our teams.
