Why is a person connected to my Company Page even though they don't work at my company? These are some of the common questions I get from our Hiring and Marketing customers. The good news is we are making incredible progress in building trust on LinkedIn. While we have been focused here for a while - we have over 115 million verified members on the platform with 75 members verifying their identity every minute - we are just getting started. You can learn more about our new wave of verification updates from Oscar Rodriguez as we continue to take steps to ensure trust remains a core part of the LinkedIn experience: https://lnkd.in/etuQJK-v

How is work changing for professionals? How are businesses adapting? And how are leaders building the workforce their businesses need to compete and grow? There’s a lot to unpack, and I’m looking forward to connecting and seeing many of you in New York. Hope you can join us in person or virtually: https://lnkd.in/eUTrsVbV

The other? How to build the right tech stack to help their teams be more successful. And they don't want more tech, they want their existing solutions to work better together. That’s why I’m excited about the launch of Sales Navigator for Microsoft Teams. We’re bringing LinkedIn’s B2B network intelligence directly into sellers’ flow of work, with real-time alerts that help them spot the moments that matter, from a key decision-maker changing roles to a new contact joining an account. Check it out and let me know what you think in the comments. https://lnkd.in/ItWorksWhereYouWork

Our latest research finds nearly 9 in 10 B2B marketers globally believe future growth depends on influencing Gen Z, and 42% say expert voices are the most effective way to do it. And as AI changes how people find information, one thing hasn't changed: people trust people. That's why the smartest companies are partnering with trusted voices like Allie K. Miller, Bernard Marr and Meghana Dhar, who are already influencing the next generation of buyers. Check out the research here and let me know how you are earning the trust of the next generation of buyers: https://lnkd.in/eDu8ezVT

I'm still riding the energy... despite not really knowing what time zone I'm in. There is nothing better than being in-region to celebrate our team who, day in and day out, partner with our customers to help them grow their businesses and build winning teams. It was also a moment to share our plan for the year ahead, including how we will become even more customer-centered and accelerate our product roadmaps. And of course, we were able to celebrate our regional award winners, culture and values champions, and our Club and Club One qualifiers and heroes. Congrats to all of our winners! Kickoffs take a village to pull off, and hosting three of them in five days around the world significantly increases the degree of difficulty. I'm very grateful for our GBO comms, EAs, PMs, chiefs of staff, events, design, and tech teams, regional hosts and guest speakers, as well as the site leaders and culture champions who pulled off a massive production across the globe. And it was so good to reconnect with so many of you last week. Different cities, but grounded in the same culture and values that make LinkedIn such a special place. LFG! 🚀 #LinkedInLife #SKworldtour #SK27 #Singapore #Dublin #NewYork #highkick

From companies like Siemens and Mastercard Asia Pacific reaching new audiences through video, to Johns Hopkins Medicine and Rolls-Royce SMR helping recruiters hire faster with AI, it’s exciting to see the impact they are creating. Thank you to our customers for your trust and partnership. We look forward to helping you grow your business and build a winning team in the year ahead.

This week’s LinkedIn' Company Kickoff was a powerful reminder of what makes LinkedIn special. Across three days, teams in offices around the world came together to share and align on our priorities for the year ahead. Along the way, we celebrated the incredible talent across teams that makes our company unique. What stood out most to me was the opportunity ahead. AI is transforming how professionals and businesses learn, work, hire and grow. It’s creating new opportunities, some challenges, and lots of questions about what’s next. The platform we operate has never been more important to help our members and customers navigate the new world of work. I'm leaving inspired by our people and energized by what’s ahead in FY27. I’m also excited to carry this momentum into next week for Sales Kickoff (SK27) where I will be hosting events in Singapore, Dublin and New York. Let's go! #LinkedInLife #SKworldtour #jetlagcoming

What makes it stand out today is as mix of established companies, startups, venture capital, investors and talent - especially from UT Austin - that continues to fuel its growth. That's reflected in LinkedIn's new Cities on the Rise report, where Austin once again ranks among the country's fastest-growing markets. It's also part of a broader trend we're seeing in our data: more professionals are looking beyond traditional hubs for opportunity. Lastly, it's also an incredibly fun and easy city to live in with world-class food music and outdoor activities. Check out this year's Cities on the Rise ranking: https://lnkd.in/gNXHW2YW
