Our Company Kickoff reminds me that our greatest advantage has never been our plans. It's our people, the conversations, connections, and shared ambition that come from bringing teams together around what's coming next. Last week, we spent time aligning on our priorities for the year ahead and the opportunities we have to create even more impact for our members and customers. In a world being reshaped by AI and constant change, shared clarity and context allows teams to move faster, make better decisions, and focus on the work that matters most. It's also a reminder that the human side of work, building relationships, strengthening trust, and rallying around a shared purpose, matters more than ever.
