There’s always something exciting about the start of a new fiscal year, and makes me want to do a little dance. This week’s LinkedIn' Company Kickoff was a powerful reminder of what makes LinkedIn special.
Across three days, teams in offices around the world came together to share and align on our priorities for the year ahead. Along the way, we celebrated the incredible talent across teams that makes our company unique.
What stood out most to me was the opportunity ahead.
AI is transforming how professionals and businesses learn, work, hire and grow. It’s creating new opportunities, some challenges, and lots of questions about what’s next. The platform we operate has never been more important to help our members and customers navigate the new world of work.
I'm leaving inspired by our people and energized by what’s ahead in FY27.
I’m also excited to carry this momentum into next week for Sales Kickoff (SK27) where I will be hosting events in Singapore, Dublin and New York.

Happy Company Kickoff (CKO) to all those who celebrate! Hint: it’s all of us at LinkedIn.
Today we wrap CKO, one of my favorite weeks of the year, our annual event that brings our employees around the world together to align on where we're headed and what matters most in the new fiscal year ahead.
A lot goes into creating the unique energy that comes from thousands of people connecting their work to something bigger than themselves. Months of planning across teams, endless logistics, member stories, customer voices and interactive experiences that bring our priorities to life. From the festival-sized tent in Mountain View, to employees around the world sharing hot takes and learnings in our internal Company Group, to the truly impressive feat of clearing calendars for more than 17,000 people.
Fittingly Lisa Mudge jokes that CKO is LinkedIn's version of Coachella. She’s not wrong. She, our Employee Comms crew and so many cross functional teams came together to make one incredible moment.
But it's also something more important: a chance to start our fiscal year with clarity.like 96love 31celebrate 23funny 1support 1

One of the million things I love about LinkedIn is Company Kickoff - a three-day extravaganza where we bring together teams in offices across the world to align on priorities for the year ahead. LinkedIn has become part of working life for 1.3 billion people, and spending time with colleagues this week was a powerful reminder of how deeply our teams care about helping people and businesses navigate this rapidly changing world of work. My favorite part? Cheering on teammates sharing their work, ideas and ambitions for the year ahead - the energy is contagious! AND WE LOVE OUR LLAMA!!! I'm stoked by what’s next! 🦾 #LinkedInLifelike 381love 101celebrate 48support 5funny 4
