Last week, my team and I went on a world tour for our Sales Kickoff, with stops in Singapore, Dublin, and New York. I'm still riding the energy... despite not really knowing what time zone I'm in.
There is nothing better than being in-region to celebrate our team who, day in and day out, partner with our customers to help them grow their businesses and build winning teams. It was also a moment to share our plan for the year ahead, including how we will become even more customer-centered and accelerate our product roadmaps. And of course, we were able to celebrate our regional award winners, culture and values champions, and our Club and Club One qualifiers and heroes. Congrats to all of our winners!
Kickoffs take a village to pull off, and hosting three of them in five days around the world significantly increases the degree of difficulty. I'm very grateful for our GBO comms, EAs, PMs, chiefs of staff, events, design, and tech teams, regional hosts and guest speakers, as well as the site leaders and culture champions who pulled off a massive production across the globe.
And it was so good to reconnect with so many of you last week. Different cities, but grounded in the same culture and values that make LinkedIn such a special place.

With Microsoft earnings this week, I’ve been reflecting on the quarter and how LinkedIn partnered with our customers to deliver value. From companies like Siemens and Mastercard Asia Pacific reaching new audiences through video, to Johns Hopkins Medicine and Rolls-Royce SMR helping recruiters hire faster with AI, it’s exciting to see the impact they are creating. Thank you to our customers for your trust and partnership. We look forward to helping you grow your business and build a winning team in the year ahead.like 268celebrate 33love 25insightful 2

There’s always something exciting about the start of a new fiscal year, and makes me want to do a little dance. This week’s LinkedIn' Company Kickoff was a powerful reminder of what makes LinkedIn special.
Across three days, teams in offices around the world came together to share and align on our priorities for the year ahead. Along the way, we celebrated the incredible talent across teams that makes our company unique.
What stood out most to me was the opportunity ahead.
AI is transforming how professionals and businesses learn, work, hire and grow. It’s creating new opportunities, some challenges, and lots of questions about what’s next. The platform we operate has never been more important to help our members and customers navigate the new world of work.
I'm leaving inspired by our people and energized by what’s ahead in FY27.
I’m also excited to carry this momentum into next week for Sales Kickoff (SK27) where I will be hosting events in Singapore, Dublin and New York.
