So proud to be part of LinkedIn and Microsoft and the ad industry for showing you can do well while doing good. Hat-tip team 🎩!

Never have I ever had so much fun embarrassing myself in front of teammates, colleagues, and ad industry professionals!! Even better that it was for such a good cause, The Valerie Fund! I think it's safe to say that LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising's first-ever "CAREoke for the Kids" team was a rousing success - a top three finish, tons of funds raised, and a million ideas of how to take home the trophy next year, given how competitive we are. Huge kudos to my teammates Melissa Perrier Alejandra Wichmann Danielle Berman Jamie Heckelman Michael Katz Ellie Weed Miller Fahey, our fearless leader and cheerleader Matthew Derella, our team captain extraordinaire Melissa Sales, our plant aka judge Zach Christensen-Mohammed, and everyone that came out and supported! LinkedIn's Hiring Pro continues to get better and better. One of my favorite new features is the ability to work together to find the applicants you're the most excited about hiring. Hiring Pro has the full context on your entire workflow and works side-by-side. You can ask to re-evaluate all of your applicants in seconds if you think of a new requirement, and even put your top applicants into a table to easily compare. Try it - we'd love to hear your feedback! https://lnkd.in/ghrt_PKCWhat are your can't miss business, tech or culture podcasts? Clicked this link on a whim this morning and after 5 minutes I was completely sucked in. I always love hearing how people at the top of their craft actually work… especially when the biggest breakthroughs are sometimes totally accidental. If you’ve got an hour this weekend and love pop music, have a listen. The stories behind Moves Like Jagger (Maroon 5) and Diamonds (Rhianna) alone are worth it. https://lnkd.in/dawGqg8G57 reactions · 10 comments · 1 repostOpen on LinkedIn
