"I know exactly who we need to reach but I just can't produce enough relevant creative fast enough to reach them.” If this sounds familiar you’re not alone.
Buying groups keep growing, and AI driven research means buyers are forming opinions long before a seller even knows they’re in-market. One generic asset stretched across every audience just doesn’t hold up.
When audience insights and creative come together that’s the magic formula. That’s why I’m excited about Smartlyy for LinkedIn- a singular solution for B2B that drives relevant, intelligent creative that is personalized for your buyer groups at scale.
For your marketing and creative team, that means less time getting creative out the door and more time on driving results that matter.

Someone gets promoted. A new decision-maker joins. Your champion takes a new role. And suddenly the account you thought you knew looks pretty different.
So we are bringing Sales Navigator into Microsoft Teams. Instead of asking people to go looking for what changed, the changes come to them, right where they’re already working. NICE!
The best sales teams aren’t working from last quarter’s picture of a customer. They’re up on what’s happening right now. #ItWorksWhereYouWorklike 107celebrate 23love 14insightful 2

I spend a lot of time speaking to Chief Revenue officers and growing faster is by far the most consistent theme.
The other? How to build the right tech stack to help their teams be more successful. And they don't want more tech, they want their existing solutions to work better together.
That’s why I’m excited about the launch of Sales Navigator for Microsoft Teams. We’re bringing LinkedIn’s B2B network intelligence directly into sellers’ flow of work, with real-time alerts that help them spot the moments that matter, from a key decision-maker changing roles to a new contact joining an account.

AI is changing every layer of the internet: how people discover, evaluate, and ultimately transact.
I had a far-ranging conversation about the emerging AI economy with Allison Schiff at AdExchanger about what that means for brands, publishers, and commerce.
We covered:
• The three eras of the internet: human, LLM, and agentic, and how that plays out for brand discoverability
• How bot traffic overtaking human traffic changes the discovery equation
• The reality that information quality is becoming the new bid
• That interviewing AI models is an important component of market research
• Why open standards, such as the Universal Commerce Protocol are so critical to give AIs the ability to take action
The shift can sound abstract, but my family experienced a small version of it this summer. We used AI to find specialty shops in New York based on things we already liked. It narrowed the options and helped us plan. Then we did the human part: walked around, explored, and bought a little more than planned. :)
That balance of spending less time navigating complexity and more time enjoying the experience is where this gets interesting.
