I sent a handful of Teams messages saying "I was catching up with XXXX, and they mentioned that… moreTried something today that I think I'm going to turn into a Friday habit... people often comment to me that someone they work with is doing a great job. So... I sent a handful of Teams messages saying "I was catching up with XXXX, and they mentioned that you're doing a great job" and then added some detail. Took me 15 minutes and got some tremendous responses. Made me feel great doing it as well. Give it a try.
